Shipping policy

For all custom made or personilsed Sterling Silver jewellery, please allow 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, for your bespoke Sterling Silver creation to be made to its finest. Your order will then be packed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order complete email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. For all in stock products please allow 2 business days for your order to be packed and dispatched.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at reygncreations.support@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not send to P.O. boxes, sorry for the inconvenience.
